Insight Housing is passionately committed to a single goal: ​Ensuring​ everyone ​in our community has a home through supportive, equitable, and sustainable housing solutions.

Each weekday, we serve a nutritious free meal to neighbors who are experiencing ​food insecurity​​. We offer opportunities for volunteers to help prepare and serve Community Meal to their neighbors. Our Community Meal happens every weekday at the Hope Center in Downtown Berkeley. Shifts are available from 2:30-4:30pm Monday-Friday. 

We need volunteers to lead classes, workshops, and activities with our clients and residents. Among the needs: 

  • Wellness and Fitness

  • Writing, Music and Art

  • Cooking

  • Financial Literacy
