Collaborate
Church Network.
Your church wants to pursue justice. We make it possible.
You see the need. People in your neighborhood are struggling. It’s clear that our systems don’t work for everyone. Your church wants to make a difference, but knowing where to start, finding the right partners, and mobilizing your congregation without burning out your staff? That’s a big ask! …and that's exactly where Project Peace comes in.
WHY SHOULD I JOIN?
Service
Quarterly, organized service events where your congregation serves alongside other churches. Everything is coordinated. You just show up.
Networking
An ecumenical community of East Bay churches pursuing justice together.
Resources
Access to our Speaker Series events intended to equip your congregation to pursue justice that is faithful, informed, and grounded in Scripture.
Pursuing flourishing together.
Since 2007, Project Peace has built a trusted network of churches, schools, and nonprofits across the East Bay. We partner with organizations addressing issues of injustice surrounding 1) education 2) housing 3) food insecurity and 4) foster care. We've done the hard work of vetting partners, building infrastructure, and creating opportunities that are accessible, meaningful, and sustainable.

Church partnership is built on three commitments:
Pray — For our neighbors in need and for your congregation to grow in their understanding of biblical justice.
Show up — Mobilize your people to join Days of Service and Speaker Series events.
Give — We invite Church Partners to contribute annually, through whatever giving structure works best for your church. Reach out to Ashly (ashly@projectpeace.org) or Calvin (calvin@projectpeace.org) to start the conversation.

There are over 1,300 congregations in Alameda and Contra Costa County. Imagine what becomes possible when those churches pursue justice as one body — when the hungry are fed, the unhoused are sheltered, a child's future is no longer determined by their zip code, and God's redeeming love becomes tangible in a broken world.
We can't do this alone. Neither can you. But together, we can.
We exist to make it easy for your church to sign up, show up, and serve.
Join our network of 35+ East Bay churches who share our mission to mobilize volunteers & donors to serve our neighbors.
Here’s where we’ll be next.
Join us at these upcoming events.
