Points of Light
Points of Light is a ministry that provides weekly faith-based activities to 500 at-risk youth in Oakland with the goal of instilling Christian values, leadership, and self-confidence.
POL offers hope and transformation by helping young people experience Jesus’ love. Oakland is divided into seven municipal districts; POL strategy places two youth workers and two children workers in each district.
