As a Volunteer Leader, you’re committed to our mission of mobilizing volunteers and resources to serve our trusted community partners in the East Bay as we pursue biblical justice. You’re a strong communicator who enjoys building authentic relationships with others. And you’re committed to high-touch customer service.

Eligibility

To be considered for the Volunteer Leader program, we ask that you have volunteered at least one Day of Service in the last year.

Requirements

  • Lead at least 2 Day of Service projects per year (ideally, with advance scheduling, you could attend all 4) – you can choose the same volunteer location or rotate each Day of Service

  • Communicate to staff when you’ll need to step away from leading due to work, illness, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Attend and participate in one Volunteer Leader program onboarding virtual meeting
